But if you think you might make significant changes, RTA Plans has a another way - buy a set of design drawings from us, then use the local builder, drafter, or Architect of your choice to make the design changes to your liking and prepare construction drawings that meet your local codes and structural engineering requirements.

Want to use your modified RTA Plans design again? No problem - the very modest fee is the same each time you reuse the plan.
