OK, so you’ve found the perfect luxury home design for you and your family…except for a few little things you’d like to change. Now what?

Since you've purchased an RTA Plans design, you're free to modify it in any way you choose, subject to copyright restrictions (see "Important Info"). You can use anyone you prefer to make the changes - your builder, your drafter, your Architect, or yourself! Or contact RTA Plans and we'll prepare a quote for your design modifications.

Same goes for the construction drawings - hire anyone you like to prepare them, including the Architects at RTA Plans. Call us for a quote on preparing your construction drawings.

How Do I Make Changes Needed For My Local Code Requirements?

The purchase of a set of RTA plans includes a license to modify the drawings for your project (see Important Info for restrictions). You should contact a local professional Architect or Engineer to make changes to meet local codes. If you’re unable to find a qualified person, please contact us and we’ll help you any way we can.
