The Hampton

This wonderful house is a classic example of "four-sided" architecture. It is a complete design on all sides, making it perfect for corner properties. The 3-level balcony gives everyone a great view and contributes to the charm of the design.

The Hampton takes its design cues from the great American Shingle Style homes of late 19th and early 20th-Centuries. Porches, gables, and chimneys punctuate the main mass of the home.

The four levels are unusual, but this is a special home - designed for a sloping lot, the three-car garage is under the house. But access to the other levels is easy - with a wide central stair and a residential elevator connecting them all.

Carefully review the kitchen, and hearth room and you'll see why the Hampton is a favorite for entertaining. And if you're a cook, the Hampton has all the countertop and pantry space you could want. This is a kitchen you can really live in!

The third floor contains three bedrooms including a luxury master suite, and two more bedrooms occupy the third level - perfect for guests or family.
