The Oxford
The simple elegance of the Greek Revival style highlights the Oxford, a classic "farmhouse" design. From the outside, it's designed to appear as though it's grown over time; beginning with the humble main block of the house, and adding wings as the years went by.
On the first floor, a large family room opens to a casual dining area and two-island kitchen. Many living spaces make it perfect for a large or extended family with plenty of privacy for everyone. As in all RTA Plans designs, a large mudroom/laundry suite connects the garage to the kitchen and family living areas. This is also a very flexible first floor, with a full guest suite.
