The Navarro "A"
Both Navarro plans have classic, simple symmetry at the core of their appeal. Navarro "A" has a French Norman character, with arched windows and a subtle flare at the roof edge. Small half-round vent dormers punctuate the roof.
Navarro "B" is an all-brick home based on the Georgian style so popular in the eastern seaboard states. Brick jackarches top each double-hung window.
The compact footprint of the Navarro contains a great deal of useful, well-designed space including two stairways, a large kitchen and casual dining area, large family room and library. Upstairs is a very large master suite; two bedrooms sharing a "Jack-and-Jill" bath, and one bedroom with a private bath. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
