The Gloucester
The traditional floor plan of the Gloucester is designed for family living, with a very good balance between private, formal rooms and wide-open family spaces. A full mudroom, with bath, bench seat, and closet, is placed near the kitchen and garage, but the laundry room is upstairs - where the dirty clothes are. A second full staircase connects the utility areas of the home to the bedrooms above.
