The Linden
The Linden was inspired by the Shingle Style homes of the Northeastern U.S. Well-detailed inside and out, this design has classic appeal - but with a very family-friendly floor plan.
A true mudroom-utility hall is the heart of this floor plan. A laundry room, half bath, lockers, coat closet, and boot bench are all tucked neatly off the back hall. Access to this vital area is from the kitchen and garage. The big, open kitchen connects to the formal dining room with an extensive butler panty, and a very large walk-in pantry in the kitchen reduced the need for upper cabinets.
