The Brockton
The Brockton is a straight-forward four-bedroom family home with a Craftsman-inspired flair. Each large bedroom has direct access to a bath. A first floor mud hall gives easy access to the kitchen from the garage, without passing through the laundry room.
The first-floor study is adjacent to a bath and can double at a guest bedroom. A three-car side-loading garage hides the overhead doors from the street but doesn't make the plan too wide for typical lots.
